June 11, 2012

Fast food is unhealthy.  We love to eat good food, and good food makes us healthy and gives us energy.  Nutritious food gives you energy and makes you healthy.  Fast food doesn’t. We are all kids, and we need healthy food. We cannot live off fast food.

According to the Organic Consumers Association, in the U.S. fast food is stated the biggest killer after smoking. Fast food contains high levels of sugar and fat.

Your body can’t tolerate all the sugar and fat that fast food companies put in their products. If you eat lots of the fast food, your body can stop working so well and you won’t have energy to do fun things.  Eating such large amounts of sugar and fat can cause liver disease.  BBC News says high sugar and fat is addictive. Once you eat it you will keep coming back for more and more.

In conclusion, fast food is unhealthy. Consider making a healthy meal instead of going out for fast food.
