Recipe: Strawberry Smoothie

Sometimes in the morning I will make a strawberry smoothie. It is easy to make, tastes good, and is a healthy breakfast.

Serves about 4 people.

Ingredients:
6 strawberries with the tops cut off (fresh)
1 banana cut into pieces (peeled)
1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
5 ice cubes
½ cup of orange juice

Directions:

  1. Put orange juice, banana, and half of the strawberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt, remaining strawberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy!!!
